Bienvenue dans cette ville centenaire de 22 700 habitants située à sept kilomètres au Nord-Est de Paris dans le département de la Seine-Saint-Denis.

La ville dispose d’une offre culturelle riche et variée. Vous pourrez notamment vous délecter des nombreux ouvrages disponibles à la bibliothèque municipale ; mais également vous rendre au Cecas Espace des Arts pour assister à un spectacle, une séance de cinéma ou une exposition. Ne ratez pas non plus le festival annuel de Pavillons Jazz. Entre artistes internationaux et véritables stars, des moments intenses vous attendent… Pendant 3 jours, plusieurs couleurs musicales vous enchanteront dans une ambiance festive !
La mairie met aussi à disposition de ses concitoyens de nombreux équipements sportifs, des espaces de promenades et œuvre à enrichir la vie associative de la commune.
La scolarisation publique est également assurée par la commune grâce à la présence de cinq écoles maternelles, cinq écoles primaires et deux collèges. La ville compte aussi deux lycées privés.
Les Pavillons-sous-Bois n’est pas non plus en reste d’un point de vue culinaire. L’un des plus grands marchés de Seine-Saint-Denis se trouve dans la commune, sur l’avenue de Chanzy ! Et un marché se tient presque tous les jours de la semaine dans la ville.
Les axes routiers et transports existants permettent aussi de se déplacer facilement de et vers la ville. La commune est notamment desservie par la ligne 4 du tramway. Historiquement, cette voie portait le nom de ligne des Coquetiers car elle a été construite sur l’ancienne ligne de chemin de fer qui reliait Bondy à Aulnay-sous-Bois. Réhabilitée en 2006, elle permet de rejoindre rapidement le RER E à Bondy puis d’atteindre Paris Saint-Lazare en seulement neuf arrêts. Dans l’autre sens, l’aéroport Paris Charles-de-Gaulle est accessible en prenant le RER B à Aulnay-sous-Bois, soit quatre arrêts de tram-train depuis Les Pavillons-sous-Bois.
